Cairo - Mubasher: The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) issued treasury bills (T-bills) at a total combined of EGP 60 billion in two tranches on Sunday, 10 November 2024.
The first tranche amounted to EGP 40 billion and will mature in 91 days on 11 February 2025, according to official data.
The second offering stood at EGP 25 billion, holding a tenor of 273 days until 12 August next year.
On 3 November, the CBE auctioned T-bills with the same aggregated value through two issues.
